Exhausted Pooch Hilariously Falls Asleep On Stairway

A french bulldog is laying down on a couch.

After spending a long and tiring day, isn’t it great to step away from the crowd to lie comfortably on our beds? Since we’re living beings, we need to recharge our bodies with the energy it needs to perform the tasks we need to do.

With this, a playful puppy decides to call it a day and roam towards its sleeping quarters. However, it seems the pooch’s tired from all the frenzied activity it did as it accidentally falls asleep in the middle of their stairway.

I’m so tired.

In this short yet funny video clip, a cute puppy stands in the middle of a steep staircase. At first, you’ll think that the pooch’s taking a glance at something it found interesting on the carpeted step.

However, you’ll soon notice that the puppy isn’t moving from its current position. It’s as if the pooch became a statue glued to the stairway the moment it stepped foot on it.

As the camera focuses on the pooch, everything becomes more evident. It turns out; the puppy fell asleep on the stairway with half of its body resting on the top step, while its lower body dangles on the lower one.

I’m awake; I’m awake!

For a few seconds, the exhausted puppy continued snoozing in the same awkward position. Though the pup’s position is a bit precarious, it seems the pooch doesn’t care at all, so long as it recovers some of its energy back.

Suddenly, one can hear a banging noise in the background. The loud sound ultimately woke the dog-tired pooch, finally bringing him back to his senses. Though he’s a bit disoriented, the pooch manages to readjust into a more comfortable position.

But, do you think the tired puppy made it to his doggy bed? If you can’t wait to see the ending, then you should click the play button in the video linked below.

Adorable Puppy Befriends Toy Pig On First Meeting

A black and white puppy laying on a blanket with lights.

Meeting someone new is quite a daunting experience, especially for those people who don’t like to socialize. However, once you get to know the person, you’re off to a good start at establishing a possibly lifelong friendship.

With this, an adorable puppy takes socialization on the next level as she befriends a toy pig that her fur mom introduced to her. However, as it’s the pup’s first time to meet the toy pig, it’s quite inevitable that she becomes wary of it.

Who’s that, Mom?

In this video footage, a cute puppy named Dolly gazes intently towards the camera. By the looks of it, there’s something that caught Dolly’s attention, prompting the curious pup not to take its eyes off the object.

A few seconds later, Dolly’s fur mom presents a spotted toy pig to the pooch. Before the curious puppy deciphers the object’s identity, Mom starts pressing on the pig’s body to produce a honking sound.

This event ultimately piqued the dog’s interest, prompting her to approach the toy pig and even take a few sniffs. But, it seems the toy pig’s still a bit daunting to the pooch as Dolly chooses to step back for a bit.

Stay away from me.

The moment Dolly stepped back from the toy pig, she then started barking energetically at it, as if such a bark could entice the pig to respond. Seeing this scenario, Mom once again presses on the pig’s body to produce the honking sound.

The sound of the pig’s honking ultimately made Dolly all the more curious about the toy. As such, Dolly decides to abandon all fear and once again approach the pig.

Do you think Dolly finally befriended her new toy? Click on the play button below for you to find out.

This Super Dog Survived Two Near-Death Experiences

A black and tan dog running in a dirt field.

After getting bitten by another dog, Nova was put to death row by the animal shelter she was surrendered to. The reason for this abrupt decision on the part of the animal shelter is that the wounds of the dog are severe and untreatable.

Thankfully, though, an animal shelter known as the Love Leo Rescue heard about the dog’s ordeal. When the animal shelter learned that Nova would be euthanized, they decided to rescue the pooch.

When one of the volunteers successfully rescued Nova, she immediately brought the dog to a veterinarian to have Nova’s condition checked. The dog’s face appeared to be swollen because of the dog bite. Even then, Nova seemed happy that she got rescued.

The veterinarian gave Nova IV fluids for anti-bacterial purposes. The dog needed to stay in the clinic for quite a while so that her other issues will be resolved. When her health and wounds improved, Nova was ready to go home.

It was a blessing for the dog that there was a foster home waiting for her. The purpose of the foster home is for the dog to get accustomed to a family before moving to her new one. In her new home, the dog showed her other side. She was a happy and active pooch.

A few weeks into the foster home, though, the dog got sick again. When she was brought to the clinic, Nova got diagnosed with Parvovirus, a deadly virus among dogs.

Due to the virus, Nova’s health declined drastically over her stay in the hospital. Thankfully, though, the dog was a fighter and survived.
Along with her third chance at life, Nova received the good news that she will have a new forever home. Cristina and Chelsea will be Nova’s new parents. The two closely monitored the journey of Nova, and they fell in love with the dog’s story of resurgence.

The Expressions Of This Dog Is The Highlight Of A Family’s Holiday Photo Shoot

A group of people sitting on a bench with a dog.

For most families, dogs are already a vital part of their lives. This is why dogs join their family members in celebrating any milestones. Dogs are also part of the family’s activities, including photoshoots.

This dog named Beatrice is taking the internet by storm due to her hilarious reactions in their Holiday family photoshoot. The family wants to capture a beautiful portrait, but it was the dog who made it even more attractive and funny.

The reason for the photoshoot is for the family to have good pictures to be given away to friends as a holiday greeting. The family decided to bring with them their dog named Beatrice and their house cat. The photographer then assigned their places, and Beatrice was placed at the center.

Unlike the cat who was behaved during the shoot, Beatrice had other plans. The dog kept barking and seemed not impressed with the photoshoot. It was Mari Trancoso who got assigned to do the photoshoot. Trancoso’s usual line of work includes covering weddings and family gatherings. She agreed to do the family’s photoshoot, but she was not aware that there would be animals involved.

The family, though, assured her that the dog and cat are well-mannered. During the shoot, however, this was proven false because of Beatrice’s behavior. Instead of getting upset, Trancoso proceeded with her shoot.

During the post-processing of the photos she took, Trancoso got surprised to see that in every picture, the pooch was making hilarious facial expressions. It was as if the dog was a photobomber.

According to Trancoso, while the dog was restless, she just kept clicking as ordered by the family. So, she did. She added that the dog had different expressions, but all of them are very funny. She showed it to the family, and they too loved the hilarious reactions of their beloved pooch.

Woman Spends Weeks Earning The Trust Of A Stray German Shepherd And Her Pittie Best Friend

A german shepherd dog looking out of a window.

Judy Obregon has been rescuing abandoned dogs at a park in Fort Worth for the better part of a decade. Over the years, Echo Lake Park has become infamous for being a dumping ground for dead, dying, and unwanted animals.

Its reputation is not unfounded. Judy has saved more than 400 canines in the area since 2010, the year she founded her rescue organization The Abandoned Ones.

Nearly every single day, Judy roams Echo Lake Park and the areas surrounding it, carrying dog food, toys, and blankets. She doesn’t just stop there; the rescuer rummages through piles of trash and hacks through bushes looking for animals in dire need of help.

Most of the canines she finds seem to realize that Judy is there to help, and they walk right up to her. It wasn’t the case for an elusive German Shepherd named Iris, however.

A police officer had spotted the pooch wandering around Echo Lake Park and contacted Judy for help. As soon as the rescuer set foot in the park, Iris fled in fear.

Judy wanted to help the dog, but she knew she couldn’t use a trap since it scares off a lot of animals. Thus, she decided to be patient in earning Iris’s trust.

Early every morning, Judy would go to the park to leave food for the German Shepherd. She didn’t attempt to chase after Iris; instead, she just sat there watching, letting the dog get to know her better.

Eventually, Iris started approaching her, albeit from a distance. The dog still wasn’t sure if she could trust Judy, but hunger trumped suspicion.

After three weeks, the German Shepherd no longer ran away when Judy’s truck pulled in. This time, Iris walked up to the woman and sniffed her hand.

Now that Iris knew that Judy wouldn’t hurt her, she realized it was time to introduce her canine friend to the rescuer. As it turns out, the German Shepherd had been looking after another stray all that time.

The other dog was Clover, a pit bull. Unlike Iris, he took to Judy immediately, wagging his tail happily when he saw her.

That was when the rescuer decided that she would have to take both dogs out of the park soon. Iris would’ve survived longer because she was quick to run away. On the other hand, the friendly Clover would’ve gone with anyone who showed an iota of kindness, even if it was false.

A couple of days later, Judy went back for the canines and brought them to a veterinarian for treatment. Iris had a cyst and a tumor that needed removal, while Clover required antibiotics for the wounds on his face.

But the good news was that both dogs tested negative for heartworm. Iris and Clover recovered quickly and were soon ready for adoption.

They didn’t have to wait too long; after five months, the two found loving forever homes. Watch Iris in the video below:

Pit Bull Saves Her Human Family From The Fire

A dog laying in the grass with its mouth open.

It is believed that dogs have a sixth sense. They feel when something good or bad is about to happen. Most humans rely on their dogs to tell them if something is about to harm them so they can prepare. These four-legged angels know that it is their duty to protect their humans. It’s a task that they don’t take lightly.

Protection from the fire

It was a beautiful Sunday night at Latana Chai’s house in Stockton, California when the unthinkable happened. She was sleeping soundly when a frantic sound disrupted what was supposed to be a good night’s rest. Chai traced where the sound was coming. Her search led her to Sasha, the Pit Bull, who was barking and throwing herself at the door.

Chai was about to scold Sasha for disrupting her and her daughter Masailah’s sleep. Well, that was the plan, until she figured out that the Pit Bull was trying to tell her something. Sasha dashed inside the house the moment Chai opened the door. That’s when she discovered that the Pit Bull had a reason for waking her up.

Her neighbor’s house was engulfed in flames. The fire slowly spread to Chai’s house, and she knew she could no longer afford to waste any second. Sasha understood the urgency of the situation; she ran towards Masailah. In her attempt to rescue the baby, she grabbed the diaper and dragged her human sister off the bed.

Safe and sound

Chai carried Masailah and followed Sasha, who led the way outside the house. The firefighters came after Sasha called 911. It took them a while to put out the fire. The damage was extensive, but all of the residents managed to survive. They’re all grateful for Sasha. Her sixth sense, courage, and loyalty saved their lives.
