“If he hadn’t come to get me, the neurologist said Christian would have choked on his own blood and died,” Yolanda reported to the Tampa Bay Times. The “Found” flyers had not led the original owners to them, so Yolanda decided to keep the terrier.
The very next day Stacey received a call from Randy who saw his lost dog listed on the flyer. “That dog saved my friend’s son,” Stacey managed to get out in between tears.
Randy came to pick up his dog. As he pulled up he saw Azaiah crying outside and Christian looking from the window. Randy thought for a few minutes before he said to the family, “Maybe Odie was supposed to find you, maybe you should keep him.”
We think this was a wonderful gift to the Sevogia family. What a beautiful thing you did for this family. Well done, Randy.
